Delta Electronics and EXEO Global Ink MOU to Drive Smart Infrastructure and Sustainable Development Across Asia

Delta Electronics Singapore and EXEO Global have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on smart infrastructure and sustainability-driven projects across Singapore, Southeast Asia, Japan, and Taiwan.

The MOU marks the beginning of a strategic partnership that will harness Delta’s advanced energy and ICT infrastructure solutions alongside EXEO Global’s proven expertise in IT managed services and infrastructure engineering services. The two companies aim to jointly pursue opportunities in areas such as smart IoT, telecoms neutral hosting, power-as-a-service, and energy infrastructure.

Through this collaboration, Delta and EXEO Global will explore joint market development, co-innovation, and the sharing of technical expertise to accelerate the deployment of smart, cost-effective solutions for clients in the region. Several potential projects are already under discussion, with both companies aligning their resources and capabilities to address real-world needs.
