Delta Electronics and Meinhardt Singapore Forge Strategic Partnership to Advance Smart Infrastructure Across Asia
Delta Electronics Singapore has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Meinhardt Singapore, marking a new chapter of collaboration between two established players in the infrastructure and technology space.
This partnership brings together Delta’s leadership in intelligent energy-efficient technologies with Meinhardt’s proven track record in engineering consultancy and project delivery across Asia-Pacific. By leveraging each other’s core competencies, both organisations aim to co-develop smart, sustainable infrastructure projects across Southeast and South Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, the Philippines, and Bangladesh.
For Delta, the collaboration is a natural extension of its commitment to enabling energy transition and digitalisation in cities. It also reflects the company's broader strategy to work more closely with local and regional partners who bring deep market insights and delivery capabilities.

“At Delta, we believe that innovation scales faster when it’s built on collaboration,” said Jackie Chang, SEA Regional Business Head at Delta Electronics. “Working with Meinhardt allows us to bring our solutions such as smart building automation, data centre infrastructure, and EV charging into large-scale projects with the right expertise on the ground. We’re excited about what we can achieve together.”
“This strategic partnership with Delta represents a powerful convergence of innovation and implementation. By combining Delta’s cutting-edge technologies with Meinhardt’s capabilities, we are uniquely positioned to co-create scalable, future-oriented, intelligent and sustainable infrastructure solutions across critical sectors. It reflects our shared commitment to accelerating digitalisation, energy transition, climate resilience and sustainable urbanisation across Southeast and South Asia, as well as other markets worldwide,” said Mr Omar Shahzad, CEO, Meinhardt Group.
The MOU outlines a framework to jointly identify and pursue opportunities under various engagement models, including Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC); Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Financing (EPCF); and Public-Private Partnerships. Targeted sectors include energy, transportation, construction, renewables, water, and waste-to-energy projects.
Meinhardt’s regional insights and multidisciplinary project experience align with Delta’s strengths in energy-efficient technologies and smart infrastructure solutions. Through this collaboration, both organisations will explore joint opportunities and contribute their respective expertise to advance sustainable development across key markets.
This announcement reinforces Delta’s ongoing investment in Southeast Asia, not only through innovative solutions, but through long-term, strategic collaboration. As governments and businesses accelerate their efforts to modernise infrastructure and advance sustainability goals, the Delta-Meinhardt partnership highlights the potential of industry collaboration to accelerate real-world progress in sustainable infrastructure.
