Delta Electronics Singapore and Ngee Ann Polytechnic Collaborate on Industry 4.0/5.0 Training Platform
Delta Electronics, a global leader in power management and smart green solutions, has today announced its partnership with Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP), one of Singapore’s premier tertiary institutions, to co-develop an Industry 4.0/5.0 training line designed to equip the next generation of talent for the nation’s manufacturing sector.
This collaboration brings together Delta, NP, and other industry partners, to design and implement a state-of-the-art training line that mirrors real-world manufacturing environments. The platform will serve as a hub for innovation, training, and applied learning, equipping students and professionals with skills relevant to the future of smart manufacturing.

Through this partnership, Delta and the participating companies will contribute technical expertise, industry insights, and resources to help shape the training line’s design and capabilities. NP will host and manage the facility, ensuring it is accessible for pre-employment training, adult learning programmes, consultancy projects, and student-led initiatives.
The collaboration also provides opportunities for internships, staff attachments, and final-year projects, allowing learners to work on real-world challenges proposed by industry partners. Additionally, Delta will act as an industry advisor to support curriculum development, student engagement, and co-assessment of learning outcomes, ensuring that training aligns with evolving industry needs.
