Delta Electronics Malaysia and TOFM Sign Strategic Collaboration to Advance Energy Efficiency Projects and Solutions Across Malaysia

Delta Electronics, a global leader in power management and smart green solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with TOFM to establish a strategic collaboration focused on advancing energy efficiency projects across Malaysia. The MOU was signed on 25 June at the TOFM Energy Alliance Forum 2026, held at the Weil Hotel in Ipoh. Established in 1999, TOFM is a leading integrated facility management provider with expertise in energy management and digital solutions.

The collaboration brings together TOFM's expertise in energy audits, facility management, and energy performance assessments with Delta's portfolio of energy-efficient technologies and industrial automation solutions. Together, the companies will explore opportunities to help industrial facilities, commercial buildings, manufacturing plants, utilities, and other energy-intensive sectors improve operational efficiency, optimize energy use, and support long-term sustainability goals.

Under the framework, both companies will jointly identify and evaluate energy efficiency opportunities, engage customers, develop solution proposals, and explore projects that combine technical expertise with advanced energy management technologies. The collaboration will also support knowledge sharing, customer engagement initiatives, and business development activities to accelerate the adoption of energy-efficient solutions in Malaysia.
