Field Services Engineer

The Field Services Engineer shall be responsible to perform a range of onsite services and with the ability to lead the service technicians and manage projects when required. He is expected to perform the technical support services including the 24x7 standby.

Job Description

1. Perform installation, testing and commissioning, live cutover to site acceptance testing.
2. Perform maintenance and support services including attending call-outs when activated.
3. Conduct training for customer and internally to the service technicians in improving their skills and knowledge.

Quality Assurance Engineer

The QA Engineer is responsible to maintain effective QA processes and controls to ensure that performance and quality of products conforms to established company, international (ISO) and government regulation standards and agency guidelines.

Job Description

The Engineer will have the opportunity to support cross Business Units. His key responsibilities is to ensure Quality Assurance Processes and controls are maintained:
According to Established Company Guideline:

1. Prepare and submit Monthly BOR (Back Office Review) Report and CoPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) Report
2. Register Mechanical parts into SAP for receiving incoming inspection progress
3. Inspect Incoming goods and move through SAP as IQC (Internal Quality Control) pass/fail. Failed items handle with supplier as well as record IQC report and delivery OTD (On Time Delivery) data
4. Handling customer complaints, DPI cases and send reports to customer if necessary
5. Maintain Company procedure, Forms, manuals and documents at internal portal (DMS), update master lists versions as well as create new documents where required
6. Prepare Minutes of Management Review and Context of Organization

According to International ISO standards and agency guidelines

1. Lead Internal Audit arrangement, conduct audit for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards, and resolve the findings/observation/NC (Non-Conformance)
2. External Audit preparation and support to auditors to achieve all the ISO standards certificates and clear off any non-conformity after audit
3. Prepare bizSAFE Star and other certificates like SGBC (Singapore Green Building Product), SCA (Singtel contractor accredited) certificate, documents to perform audits and maintain all the certificates
4. Perform internal meters calibration as well as maintain internal/ external meter's calibration records and its certificates.

Perform Testing on Equipment

1. Print new systems serial number and update for production and QA
2. Conduct key customers FAT and support testing if necessary.

1. Conduct Fire drill activation yearly 2 times and update reports
2. Conduct safety committee meeting /tool box meeting quarterly and update accordingly
3. Prepare Singapore National Environment Agency (NEA) reports for yearly submission
4. Prepare environmental report like electricity, paper, recycling wires, cotton boxes etc
5. Perform as safety officer in organization. (Attending safety officer course)

Accountant (AR)

The Accountant (AR) shall be responsible to perform credit control and collection function for the company.

Job Description

1. Manage the outstanding balances falling due and contact customers before the balances become overdue
2. Coordinate AR review meeting with sales for more effective collection efforts
3. Apply incoming fund against customers’ invoices
4. Prepare and reconcile AR subledger to General Ledger
5. Prepare AR reports for monthly submission
6. Prepare and submit customer’s Letter of Credit documentation to bank
7. Prepare application for Letter of Guarantees / Warranty Bonds etc
8. To support Internal/External Auditor’s requirement
9. Implement and maintain credit control system of the Group
10. Set credit limit and monitor the credit usage in ERP system
