Terms and Conditions
By participating in the promotion, you agree to the following:

1. This promotion applies to anyone who charges at a Delta Electronics EV charger at Trion Building from 00:00 on 4 August 2025 and will end at 23:59 on 9 August 2025.

2. The $0.60/kWh is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that a charging station will be available or in working order during your visit.

3. The $0.60/kWh promotional rate covers the cost of electricity used during the charging session. Any other charging fees, such as network fees, parking fees or idle fees, are not covered and must be paid fully by the customer.

4. Delta Electronics reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time and for any reason, without notice, to protect the interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse.
